Dr. Christy A. Swanson
Dr. Christy A. Swanson is originally from Dayton, Pennsylvania (near Pittsburgh). Her family moved to Cape Coral after her father retired from the Methodist Church. Dr. Swanson is a graduate of Cape Coral High School in 1989. She earned a B.S. degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences from UCF in 1995 in Orlando.
After working for the Walt Disney Cancer Institute for 5 years, she attended the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine where she received her DMD degree in 2004. She moved back to Cape Coral after Dental School to be close to her parents, and start her own family. She is married to her husband Jim and they have a daughter, Megan, and a son, Kyler. She worked with underserved populations through the State of Florida as well as with veterans through the VA outpatient clinic in Fort Myers. She also worked as an associate in private practice.
Anne Elizabeth Green, DMD, FAGD
Dr. Green grew up in Fort Myers. She earned her bachelor's in Pre-Med and History at the University of Notre Dame before completing her dental degree at the University of Florida College of Dentistry.
In July 2017, she became a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) after completing over 500 hours of continuing education and a written exam. Currently, Dr. Green is taking the University of Florida’s Comprehensive Dentistry program to achieve Mastership in the AGD.
Outside of dentistry, she enjoys her family, friends, faith, the beach, and paddleboarding. She is also a member of the Florida Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
